19 Year Old Girl (Taking Anavar)

Hey,

I just recently signed up for this forum.
A little about myself...
I am a student at CSUN in southern California studying psychology, however, I am seriously considering nutrition and training as a future career goal. My passion is snowboarding and I eventually would love to compete in Boardercross. I am pursuing a modeling career but I also love being on the other side of the camera...I love photography! I'm pretty much obsessed with eating healthy and working out. A few years back I suffered from EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified) and my main goal was to be as skinny and bony as possible. However, I feel like I have changed my mind set into a more positive direction by primarily focusing on eating the right foods rather than starving, binging and purging. Now I am obsessed with muscle and strength rather than being a twig. I started a cycle of Anavar yessterday(beginning with 5 mg a day).

Here are my stats:
19 years old
5'8"
140 lbs

Cardio:
6-7 times a week for 60 minutes each time

Weights:
4-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes each time

Diet: (try to stay under 1,000 calories a day)
High protein (chicken, lean meat, nuts, egg whites, fish (lots of sushi with no rice), Atkin's bars
No pasta, bread, wheat or flour
Minimal fruit
High servings of vegetables
No soda
Minimal alcohol intake
Coffee and energy drinks



I have a pretty decent amount of muscle as of right now, but I am hoping the Anavar will help my muscles tighten and look more defined. I am also hoping to burn off fat from my overall appearence.

Will Anavar help me get the results I want?
Should I continue my current diet?
Should I continue my current exercise routine?
Do I need to worry about taking Anavar because I am so young?

Any suggestions and/or advice is greatly appreciated!

PS. My Anavar came from a body-builder competitor in LA so I'm pretty sure it's legit. The label says Anavar and the pills are in capsule form. (10 mg)
Is it okay to take half of the powder just on my tongue? I don't know how else to split it...Also, how would you know if it's fake or not?

I am also considering Clen in the future, but my boyfriend disagrees saying it is dangerous...any advice?

Lol, id say the anavar is more dangerous than the clen, relatively speaking.


YOu need more calories in your diet. 1000cals or less is starving yourself. Youll never gain any muscle eating that little and fat loss will be slow to non existant. At your age, weight and height you could probably easily lose weight and gain muscle on 1500-2000 cals a day based on your activity level. With regards to pasta, dont shy away from that, its a complex carbohydrate and youll find it as a staple in most bodybuilders diets along with oatmeal, rice, yams, etc. Its also gonna be hard to put on any significant muscle doing that much cardio every week unless its real low intensity.

Also, how long have you been weight training? Youre awfully young to be using steroids even if youve got a couple years of weights under your belt. Its a bad idea for males that age to use as they can crash their HTPA permanantly. Im not sure if the same could happen to a female as im not an expert on females and AAS. Hopefully one of the experienced female users here can chime in.

as far as your AAS use. if your telling the truth your a female and your 19 enjoy your teenage life. unless your dying of cancer or aids u dont need AAS.

Yes, I know I am still considered a "teen"...would it make a difference if I said I'll be 20 in a month? I am an adult and this is a decision I made for myself. I know many of you may not agree with it, but I am not asking for your appraisal...I am here because I need as much advice as I can get so that I may take this drug safely.

My boyfriend was 19 when he took AAS...he is 22 now and just finished a cycle of Deca and now is on Tren. He is in great shape and is very helpful, however, he does not live near by so it's hard to get the aid I need.

To answer to your question- I have been working out with weights for about 3 years now. Before that I was religiously involved with gymnastics and ballet. As for now I enjoy hiking, the gym and I am also a snowboarder.

My ex-girlfriend saw amazing results with Var only for her first cycle. I those r your pic's that is my ex soon to be non-ex lol her exact build. When she took Var though her quads really pumped up and had that bodybuilder curve in her stance. Not all girls like that so realize what you might look like. I think it's sexy as hell but anyway.

Var only 1st cycle. 5 mgs' first week, 10mg's 2nd week then 15-20mg's for 5 weeks. Thats what she did and a few other girls I know and it workes great for them. She also got hornier than a bull in heat. Now most girls on here say they lost their sex drive while taking Anavar I dont know how quess everyone reacts different. She did get a tiny bit of acne so around week 3 so keep that in mind. I love Anavar personally I run 50mg's a week 8 weeks and feel amazing. It's the wonder drug imo. It's no wonder they prescribe to aids and cancer patients. Another way you could run it would be 10mg's for 6-8 weeks. Let us know as you progress.

just read your initial thread again. clenbuterol is junk. it's mostly for cutting fat losing weight and you said you dont wanna be a twig. you should be fine at your age, just be careful. I recommend 4 days a week with weights low volume high intensity heavy weights. PM me if you want an insaine routine I helped many of women and girls transform their physique. Diet is the key thouh, you will hear that over and over. Drop the cardio if your looking to put on muscle too.

Please state the side affects of Var even at low dose. Just like any other roid....it can be addicting!

considering anavar is the safest steroid the side affects are limited. Now for a 19 yr. old girl they might be higher obviously than a 50 yr. old man. I love Var never experienced any sides. However I hear some girls complain about acne. Actually now I think of it I think I did experience a little insomnia with a high dose. Other than that imo it's the wonder drug. Thats why it's so pricey.

K I will be more specific.. We all know she is not getting her hands on Pharmacy grade Anavar. Which leaves her with underground under-dosed and hell OVER -Dosed.!! Yes! She may get 20mg tabs where they say 10mg tabs.
Is she going to compete or model? Personally I thinks he likes fine the way she looks now..unless someone disagrees...at 19 she can improve her physic very easily naturally. Girls don't need much to tone up. Maybe help her on her routines in the gym for doing so.
