Welcome to the board. No need for clen.. I think its shit in my opinion.
If you want to try Var keep it to 5mg at firsy to gauge side effects. Do not go above 20mg a day.
Good luck and keep us informed.
Oh and for the record.. these guys are dead on about diet! Dial it in and you will improve... and dont go below 1200 calories a day. It can and will wreck your BMR and effect you skin and hair long term.

Keep it on topic please, the womens forum is a serious forum meant for advice. It is already difficult for femals to get.
As stated above, 1k calories is very low with hypertrophy in mind - even for a women. You do need a little more calories, which should come from clean sources (I don't think you have a problem there).
Will Anavar help me get the results I want?
Yes and no. Anavar will help add muscle and shed some fat but there is no miracle drug. You have to also weigh in the fact that, though anavar is the safest bet for women, it can still have negative and irreversable side effects.
Should I continue my current diet?
Incrase protein and low gi carbohydrates.
Should I continue my current exercise routine?
If your trying to gain muscle, cut back the cardio to 3x a week. Weight training can remain the same. It's in your best interest to focus on gaining or cutting. With my experience with anavar, using a clean diet, you can actually gain muscle while shedding some fat (though your not going to get ripped). Focus on one goal.
Do I need to worry about taking Anavar because I am so young?
I would personally wait a bit, but I began using at your age so who am I to say. Your still growing and developing a bit. Most of all, you still have a lot of experience to gain from training and dieting...though you may think you know it all. There is no replacement for time and experience in the gym.

As for splitting the powders in the cap....well this is a very inaccurate in it's measurement. You'd be much beter off getting properly dosed caps, or larger dosed tabs and splitting them with a splitter.

My main goal is to get "cut" looking and shed fat. I already have some muscle, I'm not really concerned with adding more, I just want to look more defined and leaned out. Strength wouldn't be such a bad benefit either. I am at 145 lbs right now and 5'8" with about 21% body fat (I know it's high :[ ) and I really would love to get back to 125 lbs. I know that it might not be possible because muscle weighs more than fat....
Can you tell me what my diet and cardio/weights should look like now after reading what my main goal is?
Also, in how long should I up my dose to 10 mg?
I have only been on Var for 6 days now.
Another question, do you think pairing Clen would be beneficial since I'm trying to loose fat and weight?
Thanks for you help!!!
PS. I posted in the picture forum a picture of my Anavar...hoping someone can take a look at let me know what they think!

what type of cardio are you doing?
how long have you been on this plan?
if you want to cut fat, and build muscle, you may be doing too much cardio.
i went to csun :|

A mix of the stairmaster and full body elliptical.
Treadmill and bike is used less often
I hate CSUN!!!

what about the intensity, intervals or slow steady?
i'd recommend starting ur cardio with intervals, then finishing with slow and steady.
it would look something like this:
5 minute warmup
then follow it with 60 second intervals followed by 120 second rest periods.
60 seconds would be 9 out of 10 on a perceived exertion scale (PES)
120 seconds would be 5-10 on PES.
here is the amounts I would have you do according to your ability level.
beginner-6-8
intermediate-8-10
advanced-10-12
elite-12-15
then you can always add 10-20 minutes of slow steady at the end, but it's not a necessity.
and yes, csun sucked.

BF not high for a girl at all.

Continue with the cardio and weights you are currently doing. Ensure your getting enough protein and plenty of vegetables (no peas or carrots). Cardio 1st thing in the morning is the best way to attack fat directly.
Also, in how long should I up my dose to 10 mg?
I have only been on Var for 6 days now.
I'd wait a minimum of 2 weeks. Even short ester steroids can take some time for side effects to really come out.

At this point I'd stick to one compound. Since your new to "drugs" it's better to start with one at a time, gauge your progress with it on an individual basis and after you've tried 2 or 3 by themselves you can stack them together to get optimal results. Slow and steady wins the race here.
Thanks for you help!!!

Hey I did a cycle of anavar winstrol and clen a few years ago. Great results one side effect, Clen is like drinking gallons of red bull! Hands get hella shaky actually my whole body would temble when I would lay down some times... Not a huge deal my body is just not used to any kind of stimulant never drink coffee or soda. Anyways Im not sure about your anavar in capsule form? Its been a while since ive seen any and mine were tablets. Clen and anavar are fairly safe to take however make sure your eating enough and more importantly drinking enough water clen is a cutting agent so it strips water from your muscles and body leading to tears easily!!! and dehydration is a serious health problem so be careful!!! Past that I would say this...I think you could use a few more calories othewise your body is going to eat the muscle your trying to build. And your body will also start to eat its own muscle after about 45 min of cardio so you might want to split up your time into 2 settings am/pm or just back down a lil from 60min to 45. Good luck! you look great so far! Oh and no your not to young. MD's prescribe both to pt's of all ages. Anavar for a bunch of different reasons and Clen for severe asthma. Hope this helps.
