I am so glade to finally here from other women. I was beginning to think I was the only female here. I am glade to here from supergirl and BadBarbie and of course getfitdoc who has been helping me at a lot because i need all the help i can get being the fact that this is my very first cycle. I have been reading your posts supergirl. Lots of great info. My clit swelling is fine now. I guess I just got a little paranoid when it changed out of the blue. Also I was taking too much in the beginning. I am now taking 5mg am and 5mg pm so only 10mg daily of anavar. I want to take more but I cant get anymore . Person disappeared or moved. So I can only take a 7 week cycle which I hope that’s enough? I am 3 ½ weeks into the cycle of anavar so far and doing great. I did order clen and epistane but not sure if I should just add it to my cycle now? or do clen and epistane for 4 or 5 more weeks after my cycle ends with anavar? that would make it 7 weeks of anavar and 5 weeks of clen stacked with epistane so that would be like a 12 week cycle. Sorry if that sounds silly but I am not sure how to go about this. I will be looking forward to hearing from you girls. Thank you

A 7 week cycle of 10mg every day is just fine. I have had 2 cycles just like that with amazing gains. Add your clen during your anavar cycle. Do you know how to pyramid it and how much to take?

i am hoping i get it in mail next week. is it too late to start it into 4th week of anavar? can you explain how you pyramid it and dosage. when u said you had 2 cycles with great gains were you only using 10mg for 7 weeks?

Yep. 7 weeks, 10mg.
I have upped it now that I am on my 3rd cycle though.
4th week isn't too late girl. Don't panic.

That must have taken you a while to write all that and put all those lines in. thank you. The Clens I order is the liquid Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL. I don’t know how many drops that is but I put a picture of a dropper I have. How many mcg equal to one line on my dropper. There are 5 lines between each number or should I just get a new dropper. The dropper I have is just one I have in my house. Thanks BadBarbie

That is the same dosage mine was at. I use a little dropper, not an actual syringe. But get an insulin needle babe. Here, Read this.

mg or mcg:
lets say you have 200mcg/ml clen.
that means every mL contains 200mcg.
so if you want 60mcg, you do: 60/200=0.3
so that means 0.3mL of 200mcg/ml is 60mcg. got it?

how about shooting 500mg of 250mg/mL gear?
shoot 2mL!

Insulin Needles: Slin Pin
for very small measurements you can use an insulin needle.
if you get a u-100 needle, then 100units=1ml
0.1mL=10 units
500iu out of a 5000iu/mL solution is 10 units on an insulin needle

i took pictures before i started which i hate the way i looked. about 3 years ago i was so fit and skinny and have pics of myself back then and i really looked great haha. but since baby 2 1/2 years ago i got a little flabby and my thighs and butt got bigger. but now since i been eating great, working out and anavar i look so much better. i still have a lot to do though. i think you look great. i did peek at your pics on the other site and i was like wow your hot haha. do you have before and after pics. pictures before you took gear? i know if you are like me you dont want anyone to see those but i would be curious on how much you changed. you really do look great now.

My biceps are starting to get nice peeks on them. I walk around at work and show all the guys my arms. they think i am funny but it seems my arms are where it shows the most. i want to have more muscle on my legs and other areas but i am not complaining. I think the clen will be here friday or saturday.

The Clen came in mail today woohoo... ok when I opened it they put a syringe with it. I took a picture so you can see it. I think just double click on image and it will be bigger. It’s a 3ml syringe. There are 10 lines to every ml. I don’t know if this is correct but does it work like this with each line before the 1ml.
- 20 mcg 0.1
- 40 mcg 0.2
- 60 mcg 0.3
- 80 mcg 0.4
- 100 mcg 0.5
- 120 mcg 0.6
- 140 mcg 0.7
- 160 mcg 0.8
- 180 mcg 0.9
- 200 mcg 1.0 = 1 ml

If this is wrong please let me know and correct it.

BadBarbie you wrote drops. If I just add 4 drop with my syringe will that work out to be 20mcg? Did you have this same syringe? I want to start tomorrow so please let me know all. Thanks everyone so much.
