Im not a female but the first thing people are going to ask is your stats, diet and training routine. Alot can be done to build just off of those details.
There are quite a few women on here just do a search through the forum, Im sure your questions have been answerd here before,
Welcome by the way

Low-carb (appx 30 carbs/day), slow but steady and gradual weightloss w/o feeling hungry or tired. Low-carb helped me lose about 100 lbs 7 yrs ago, and have gained back 30. Looking to get down to 140 and be solid.
I do not lift weights. I would love to, but this is all terribly new to me. Any sugg's (please

lifting weights would help you a lot
do you know how to lift?
don't rush yourself, take the time to lift and eat correctly, develop good habits.
Var and other steroids or clen and other fat loss aids are just the tip of the iceberg. They won't keep you solid. Good habits will keep you solid.

I would get your weight down into a healthy range before you even consider steroids. In order to build muscle you gotta eat alot of food too. The steriods arent a magic pill. At 35%Bmi you dont need to be going on a bulker.

Estray is right get your diet right first, AAS is just the iceing on the cake, at your stats you can do alot just off cardio and circuit training with weights and a clean diet.

Yea....Im with the majority. Get your weight down and then if you are going to cycle then a low dose of Anavar at 10-20 mgs would prolly be good for a first cycle.

Not to sound like an ass, but do not start any aas till you get in shape first.
at 5'3 and 193lbs with at least 35% bf , this means that you are carrying around at least 67lbs of fat and probably more if you are 5'3" unless you are built like a fireplug.
Get in the gym, get a good trainer, get your diet in check and get your weight down to something reasonable like 130-140 and try to get your bf% closer to 20%. If you do that you wont even need to think about aas because you will be quite happy.
