Do you want to run clen at the end of your var cycle? Or with your var cycle?
Clen is pretty simple, you can run it with var, and it'll work great, just run clen for 2 weeks, then take 2 weeks off because your bodys receptors down regulate.
a 12 weeks cycle would look like this:
VAR: ED wk 1-12 you can split ur var dosage into 5mg morning, 5mg afternoon to keep blood levels optimal, but you don't have to.
not sure what your personal dosage of clen is, usually about 80 mcg's for a lady, take it in the morning.
ON CLEN: wk 1-2
OFF CLEN: wk 2-4
ON CLEN: wk 5-6
OFF CLEN: wk 7-8
ON CLEN: wk 9-10
OFF CLEN wk 11-12
not sure what your personal dosage for ECA is or what supplement company your using. 4 weeks on, 6 weeks off, usually taken 2 times per day, morning/noon.
ON ECA:ED weeks 1-4
OFF ECA; wk 5-6
ON ECA; wk 7-10
OFF ECA wk 11-12
