Clen Cycle

Hello All

I am about to start a cycle of Clen. I have heard 2 ways to do this...2 weeks on 2 weeks off....or, 1 week on 1 week off.

Has anyone done 1 week on/off? I was planning to do 2-2 because that is what I have done in the past. But if 1-1 is effective, I wouldnt mind trying.

Clen works great when used in the right way...glad you are asking.
I prefer the 2wks on 2wks off in the 2 off you can use an ECA stack by doing this you will see great results. Get some taurine while the weeks on clen it really helps with the muscle spasms and tightness that can come with clen use at high doses. Make sure you tapper your clen doses.

Yes, thank you. I have used it before....2 weeks on 2 off. Lately I have heard chatter that 1 week on 1 week off works equally as well. I rather go one week at at a time because I really dont like the stuff! : }
