first and foremost.. you need to ask yourself, WHY are you gaining weight??
What are you doing or not doing differently?
Look at your diet.. Look at your exercise routine... have you had blood work done? is your thyroid underactive? Are you on birth control?? etc etc etc
There is NO easy answer to your question.. it truly depends on the variables..
Once you have considered everything I mentioned... then if you still have questions, re-ask/post specifically what you want to know according to your specific goals and variables which will give the women more information to try and help you attain your goals.
