First Time Var user.

So my girlfriend wants to start some Var but shes afraid of sides. I told her if she stayed witjin 5-10mg that sides should be nil if any. I just wanted to check with you ladys, here are some attached pics of her. Shes 31 has 2 children. She has NEVER used and anabolics mostly does cardio and light lifting 2nd one is blurry sorry these are all i had on me.

Why does she want to use var? She looks better than 99.99999% of girls you will see on the street. 29 years old, 2 kids, and a 6 pack. She doesn't need var, whatever she is doing now is working.

Now if she is looking to get into competition then it may be a different story.

She gets really hard on herself and slacks off and gets back into shape and right now she feels blah and wants to get motivated and back into it seriously again. Shes a slacker and only hits the gym when I hit it and takes it serious when I do.

Hey popi.. ya know I try not to impose my opinion too much and rather allow the ladies the info to make up their own minds, but imho, I would NOT recommend var for her.. If she were dedicated and consistent then I would give you a green light, but honestly, the sides from var can outweigh the benefits for someone like her.. like for example, say she does a cycle and then decides wow I look hot and slacks for several weeks... often times there is a rebound from var and she can hit depression, weight gain, water retention etc etc etc.. Plus, right now from looking at her pics and knowing she has had kids already, she is in a good place as far as her hormones go!! why fuck with them just to get a little edge?? SO many women I know post baby have better bodies than pre-baby.. the hormones seem more balanced and trust me, once they are out of whack, rebalancing them is a BITCH!!

So, popi, what I would personally recommend (and I know you will know where I am coming from) Get her on a good eating plan, a vitamin/suppliment program and toss in a fatburner or two and I think she will be good to go... That is my best advice sweetie for this hot chicky of yours!!

Thanks a lot SuperGirl, thats what I was looking for was an honest opinion from a female who has used and knows the benefits and negatives of a female using I was thinking if I was gonna put her on it would have been a low 5mg dose for like 8 weeks but I believe I will hold off on that for now. Diet/cardio and kicks in the ass is all shes gonna get.

Damn dude, she looks fantastic. If she can be consistent with her training and diet while on Var im sure she could get some amazing results. My wife has ran it twice. first time at 15mg day and second time at 20mg day. Both times she retained water and got just a little touch of acne. Strength went up big time and the second time at 20mg her clit started to blow up at the end of the 4th week so she freaked out and stopped. lol. Anyhow, my wife is not nearly as lean as your GF so her visible results were minimal. I feel bad for her cause she busts her ass and eats right and just cant seem to get lean and the Var didnt even help.

My woman is the same way.

I've got her on t3 and albu now...she's down 6lbs in four weeks with terrible diet , high stress due to a close death in the family. She's getting her period and posted a 0.4lb drop. i'm hoping after the rag...she's down another 5. BC keeps on weight for her.

Good call baby!! Glad to help ya I think both you and her will be happy with the results she can get from just consistency and dedication.. when and if she wants to push further or step on stage or even do some fitness modeling, then maybe she can cross over and a low dose of 5mg would be good... BUT until then, I honestly feel she has really great potential to reach first and foremost
