Default Scammed? How long should I wait?
Hi, I'm a competitive female bodybuilder but I've only done one show. I'm planning on doing 2 in the next couple months. I've ordered some stuff and gotten it from a good but expensive source. I decided to try a cheaper source but haven't gotten the product and it's been 5 weeks. How long before I should expect a customs letter before I start harrassing the company? I don't want to be rude but I hate feeling ripped off but I also don't want to alienate them if they did send the product. I really think I got reamed. Since we all know the risks involved what should I do to try to get my money back or should I just drop it? Any help any advice would be appreciated.

e-mail them explaining that you havent received any pack in the mail. they may re-ship or you may never get a reply at all.....this happened to me a while ago. the guys were pretty good about re-shipping, but i ordered cyp, they sent deca! i e-mailed again, they sent my cyp and i kept the deca!!now thats pretty good customer service for an overseas steroid pharm!

I emailed the company and will see what happens. In the meantime I'll try the creatine and flaxseed oil. (snicker)

Absolutely email them. Maybe even mention your competition and how you need them NOW.

To maintain your muscle continue lifting and get your proper protein/nutrients. Creatine doesn't help maintain muscle.......it fills muscle with water.

Yes I'm also lifting as heavy as I can and trying to get 150 grams of protein per day. Balancing the calories and protein intake is hard.

Thanks for the advice!
