I can throw my faggotty ass .02 in here..i researched a shitload on winny ..effects,dosages etc for my wife before she used it a couple of yrs ago...i came to the consensus of her taking 50mgs all at once every 4 or 5 days.

Well lemme tell you..it fucked her up...every shot she would get a day later her clit would bow up and she would break out ..the last two days she would spend falling off training etc..until the next shot.
the premise was letting androgens clear out and some shit..i call bs

so:
she went to a protocol of 5mgs am and 5 mgs pm for 3wks then to 5mgs 1x ed for 6 wks..
it worked ..no neg sides whatsoever..strong libido,slight puff in the clit,dry ,vascular and strong.

this was only using winny depot (zambons) ..w/ a slin pin

do with this experience what you want..just thought I'd throw it out there..everybody is different

Yeah everyone is different. Win was the first thing I ever took and I was advised 50mg every other day so this is what I went with. I never had any issues with it whatsoever, aside from joint issues which I was able to resolve eventually by MSM Powder supplementation.

Thanks for sharing your wife's experience! I think the way you broke it up was a smart idea and glad it worked for her! trial and error sucks, but when you find something that works, yeehaa

Fireplug... as per dosages.. start smart, start small and you can work your way up..
average dosage is roughly 25mgs E3D or E4D

H20, 50mgs EOD is way to high a dosage for a woman; esp to start out with... 50mgs a week is appropriate. You're lucky you had no virilization
