Honestly, how you are dosing your bcaa's are working right? so keep with it and if it is working for her, cool.. I personally like the idea of dosing before and after... the bcaas are great before a workout but the glutamine is perfect after a workout, so since your powder has all of them, breaking up the dosage sounds good to me
as per overdosing and toxicity.. anything in large doses can be toxic.. especially if you are also on a steroid that is being synthesized by the liver or kidneys; your girl's var... You might try adding in some milk thistle which everyone knows i swear by just to be on the safe side and also possibly either some cranberry extract or drink some cranberry juice.. giving our organs a little detox boost is always a beautiful thing!
