ok.. firstly, if your girl is taking whey protein, she is getting about 15%-25% of her bcaa right there... Plus if she is eating good quality protein, she will pretty much be getting all she needs for the day without bcaa supplimentation...
however, if you want to supplement.. i can give you breakdowns...
BCAAs are made up of these 3 aminos whose main role is to increase protein synthesis...
Valine: 2grams/day
Isoleucine: .5grams/day if that.. not really recommended to add
Leucine: 3grams/day
IMO, for recovery, I would try glutamine powder or a post training recovery shake.. or maybe even alanine (essential aminos, but not direct bcaas)
Do you know what exact aminos & concentrations are in your powder source??
