Default Need female feedback on Supps/Nuvaring

Hey Ladies! I thought I'd post this thread here so I could get some real female feedback on a recent dilema. I'll try to keep this as brief as possible without short changing any important info..
My girlfriend and I are on the same page with eating healthy and dieting when neccesary. We are currently both running a high protein/low carb cutting diet. Well while I was out of town she heard about a new product she wanted to try and saw it at GNC. It's called Envision and it's bascially a comprehensive all in one (fatburner, multivit, thermogen, cla, etc.) product. Looks pretty solid but when she showed me (the ingredients) I got very concerned. Well, while at GNC they offer the Male and Female version and the IDIOT GNC employee talked her into the Male version because the only difference was that it had more caffeine.. this would be fine except for the fact that when I compared the two I saw several differences and one being that the male version has Yohimbine. Needless to say she had several problems/interactions while taking it and I'm wondering if it was the Yohimbine (as I suspect)? I've heard very little about women taking it (Yohimbine) and would like any feedback you ladies might have on the subject.
As a side note, she has also been on the BC Nuvaring for several years and has been told that it interacts with numerous herbal products and supplements... so now we are worried about that. I've only found that it's best not to take St. Johns wort while on Nuvaring but didn't know if she should be aware of anything else?? Any other ladies in the same boat here?
A little background, She's 26yo, average build, healthy, (is not into aas or bodybuilding), we just work together on the whole healthy lifestyle.
Any and all feedback would be great! THANKS!

She'll be fine. She may get a few side effects....tremors....increased heart rate....the usual "caffeine" type of sides. But yohimbine is safe for women.

As for using the male version....that's alright.

Her birth control mixed with herbal products.....she won't know till she takes certain products so I wouldn't worry too much about these either. I would ask your doctor if you are overly concerned.

Thanks for the reassurance Miss M! ..that's what I needed ..and you are on, one of her biggest complaints while on the Envision w/Yohimbine was tremors. Thanks again for the response.
