Default Fat Burners and Competition
Anyone have any luck with fat burners (lypo 6) before competition. I was thinking of trying one this time to see if it helps but i dont want to effect muscle or anything else. Any advice???

I have never competed, but I can say that I've used a variety of fat burners in the past. The only one I thought was any good was Hot-Rox. I also found it really suppressed my appetite too (if that is an issue for you). I tried Lypo 6 but didn't really rate it that much, although I have heard other folk say it does what it says on the tin.

I've used lypodrene and stimerex both with good result but after awhile i can't stand that coffee smell they have to them.
