i don't eat complex carbs like potatos at all.. i can't get hard or veiny enough.. but thats me... i eat protein and simple carbs actually... and i ate a shitload of steak
i found sleep played a big role with me.. and i experimented alot with my body and trial and error..
i did the textbook technique.. results were good..
i tried a pasta meal, slept 8 hours and woke up ripped...
the day of my show i ate fruit roll-ups and starbursts
i also tried yams and steak, slept only 4 hours and i was flat.. so the sleep and yams i think did not fare well with me...
so think back in the past.. when have you woken up ripped?? what did you eat the night before?? then go from there
