as i've said a million times in threads girly.. don't stop what your doing right before your show.. keep running your var through your show! Your body has already adjusted to the var and by this long Var and water retention should not be a concern.. keep everything consistent right now!! and you should be already manipulating your water so you'll be dried out for friday...
DIRK: good point on the tanning!! i like using thimucase when tanning on my stubborn spots but stop tanning tues or wed the latest...
only other thing i can think of Beca is your carb up.. what have you prepared? or used in the past that you know for sure works with your body..
alot use dextrose and i've heard people use pie fillings, fruit roll-ups, mentos etc...
i noticed last year that if i carb up a day in advance, i am leaner and fuller rather than carbing up in the morning.. just a thought..
