    Default My cycle: 16 weeks out from nationals
    So as some of you may have read, I recently posted a thread on damaged metabolism. Things are coming along and I'm dropping weight AND EATING! haha I'm currently doing 30 minutes HIIT sessions three days a week. Weights Monday through Friday. Saturday 40 minutes moderate intensity cardio. Sunday off.

    Diet is posted in the other thread. (Approx 1300-1400 calories/day)

    CYCLE: (and any advice is appreciated) I AM 16 WEEKS OUT TODAY!

    Currently running 10mg Anavar and plan on runnning it for another 4 weeks for 6 weeks total. Started my clen cycle this week. (2 days on, 1 day off)
    I will then be 10 weeks out from Nationals. I will take two weeks off from AAS, then start Winstrol at 10mg/day for 6 weeks until I'm 2 weeks out.
    I have T3 on hand but have never used it before. I am also curious about an estrogen blocker. Any suggestions??

    FYI: I'm a national IFBB/NPC bikini competitor

    I think most of the women who frequent the boards these days aren't competitors and so cannot give tried and tested advice. I have competed in figure, but naturally, so I cannot tell you what to do and when. You may just have to try it and see. For bikini you don't need to rely so much in these compounds, a lot of it will be down to diet. You could suffer from water bloat which would be a mind f*ck while dieting. If you know using var works for you, maybe stick with that and just nail your diet, cardio, weights and posing. Good luck.

    Thanks Detour!!! I'm currently still running the var. Putting on some size...but def holding water. I may come off sooner than expected and switch to winny due to the bloat. Its hard to really see whats going on when there is so much water retention.

    How much water you drinking? Maybe increase that slightly? You have plenty of time to make and see changes, but experimenting is not for contest prep, you should have a game plan and stick to it. That way, you can always make adjustments without second guessing everything.
