first var + clen cycle
First time on Anavar (var) and/or clen. I have 60 50mg var...going to split it and take 25mg every morning. I compete and do Brazilian jiu jtisu so I'm curious if it's going to give me that edge/strength. I'm going to add the clen to hopefully help lose weight on the scale too. I still dont know how much Clen I should take with this?? I have 40mcg pills .
main goal is to harden up my muscles more defined help lose all the stubborn fat. and this might sound weird but I love veins and always wanted them. hoping the Anavar (var) might bring out my veins Lol
Diet is clean and I workout a lot
4/25--- 25 var
4/26--- 25 / 80mcg clen
First, 25mgs is A LOT to start dosing Anavar (var) with! The upper dose for women is usually in the 20mg range. Many women start out at 5mgs to see how their body reacts and up to 10 or 15 for the rest of their first cycle.
My other question would be, do you have caps or tabs of the 50mgs?
Also don't expect to lose scale weight on var!!!!!! Many women hold a ton of water while on cycle.
As far as clen, I detest the stuff so you won't ever see me personally say it's the way to go. In reality, clen is a cutting agent that should only be used during the final phases of competition prep. It's very hard on the heart and you can acheive the results you're looking for without the clen. Plus, the sides for me were unbearable. Aboslutley not worth it for me, but here's a general guidline for the dosage for women if you were going to give it a go:
Day 1- 20mcg
Day 3- 60mcg
Day 4- 80mcg
Day 5- 100mcg
Day 6 thru 11-120mcg
Day 13- 80mcg
This is a general plan assuming you react well to it and can handle the sides. Some say taper all the way down, others say taper a bit, some say not at all. If you're going to go for it, you'll have to find the cycle that works for you. Just taper up slow! Clen is serious stuff.

I agree with Mt momma's advise, I think you should start your frst cycle at a low dose & work your way up from there.
Most start at 5 mg & taper up, u want to see how your body reacts & u want to really monitor for unawanted sides.
I personally don't like clen, I tried it once but it gave me such massive headaches, I stopped after the first day.
The dose outline mt posted is how it's usually ran.
Remember to supplement with (3-5g/day) l-taurine clenbuterol tends to inhibit l-taurine in your system, producing cramps.
Here are two common cycles:
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for 8-12 weeks
Starting at 20 mcg, increasing by 20 mcg units as you can handle, until what you can handle or a maximum of100 mcg per day, and then stay at that amount for the duration of the two weeks. Then stop and go off for 2 weeks, substituting your favorite OTC thermo, and then repeating the 2 weeks on, again starting at 20 mcg.
Continued on for 8-12 weeks, include ketotifen or benadryl (I've read Benadryl only purpose is to help u sleep if your having trouble sleeping with clen) But most use benadryl with clen.
Starting at 20 mcg for a week, increase by 20 mcg per week until what you can handle or a maximum of100 mcg per day, and then stay at that amount for the duration of.
