    Good evening ladies. I am looking for an answer and hopefully one you lovely ladies can help me and my wife out. My wife is looking to go back on winny. she has taken it once before but I did not know the dosage that she had been taking and I also want to double check to make sure that the dosage is safe for her with very little amount of sides. I am asking the dosage that she can take per day without going overboard but yet seeing good results. I have for her Stan QV 10mg tabs..could I get a little help please ladies. Thank you all very much.

    start at 5mgs a day... gauge sides and possibly work up to 15mgs a day... she needs to feel it out.. it is very personal, but an TYPICAL meaning average cycle, is 10-15mgs a day... If sides are too much lower the dosage or stop.

    again.. start slow, start low, start smart!!!
