    Anavar and diet?
    Wondering roughly how many calories I should intake while trying to cut some fat on anavar? I'm planning a 6-8 week cycle of anavar only.

    Stats:
    5'9"
    170 pounds
    22 female.

    And maybe someone has some menu suggestions, or meal timing?

    ok.. if you are trying to "cut" you want to eat roughly NO less than 1700 cals per day.. that is taking your bodyweight and adding a zero easy stuff that is the lOWEST you can go without putting your body into starvation mode.. BUT i would keep it between 1700-2000 if you want to cut..

    Menu suggestions: high protein (~150 grams per day) moderate fats, and low carbs.. (this is a basic general principled diet) broked up into 5 meals per day every 3-4 hours!!

    Hope that helps get you started or at least maps it out a bit

    Sarah - have you ever used gear before??

    I would like to know how your body responds to the var.

    Are you doing any cardio?

    I started the Anavar (var) today. Took 5mgs. I'm going to do that for a week, then increase it to 10.

    My workout schedule is pretty much:

    Mon : Chest and Tri's/Spinning for cardio plus abs
    Tues: Legs (Quads, Glutes, Calves) and running 3 miles
    Wed: Bi's Tri's Hamstrings/ Spinning
    Thurs: Shoulders/Spinning
    Fri: Back and Bi's/ 20 min Elliptical
    Sat: Step class, abs
    Sun: rest

    I lift heavy, to failure.

    My diet:

    I like to have oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast

    I eat a snack around 2 1/2 - 3 hours later, usually an apple or some peanut butter

    Lunch is romaine lettuce, tomato, tuna, and some all bran cereal, no dressing

    Another snack a few hours later

    A sugar free protein bar before the gym. (I don't touch sugar)

    Lean protein and veggies for dinner.

    you're going to drop a lot of muscle eating that way, babe... the Anavar (var) will help you hold onto some of it, but i don't recommend that you eat this way.

    there are a lot of ways of cutting... so i'm not sure what to suggest other than to say that you might consider a carb rotation diet with high protein, moderate fats, and low carbs. carb ups could be every 4 days.. cheat meal once every week/couple of weeks.

    50-30-20 perhaps. as for cals, don't cut them too drastically (your basic ********* rate is likely around 1600 and active is around 2400)because if you drop them too low and then go to maintain, the body will be in starvation mode and it will hold onto fat... not what you want! my thought is 2000-2100 cals would be sufficient - but i'll let others suggest.

    i also think you could cut your cardio down to LIGHT cardio if it's post workout (max 20 mins) 3-4x a week and a session of HIIT once a week. i can't recommend running since it's catabolic, but sprints will work fine. any kind of interval training is great. if you are a morning workout person, you might do moderate cardio then.

    i'd cut training of bis and tris to once a week - more than that and you're risking overtraining.

    Hello there,

    This is my first time posting in here and I would like to know what you think about my cycle.. last time i took steroids was 10 years ago !!!

    Goal:
    lose bf , lean down and get ripped ( as anybody on anavar , i guess )

    Status:
    Female
    30 years
    5'7

    issue:
    I do not want to be a bodybuilder or compete !! I want to get ripped to look fit ,not to look as a competitor... and im sorry you guys bodybuilder but there is a BIG difference.

    I started taking anavar on tuesday , so today is my 4th day.
    10mg tab ,so i bought a pill cutter at the pharmacy and cut in 4. No problem at all.. so taking 2.5mg at 8:45am and 2.5mg 8:45pm after meals.

    I have a personal trainer every friday to keep track of my progress and also got a diet from another bikini bodybuilder/personal trainer friend of mine. My question is about the diet , it is confidential and I can not share the entire diet and supplements in here because is their work and they get paid for it but Im wondering how much of protein would be necessary to be on var , getting ripped but not getting huge muscle.
    Im not an expert and THATS WHY I hired a personal trainer and someone to get me the diet and also someone else to get me onto the AAS.

    I have basically meals every 3h (max) each with 100g of pure animal protein ( extra lean ground beef , chicken , bison , turkey etc ) .. basically it will add to lets say 550g of MEAT per day .. plus protein shake after workout and all the other stuff.

    So.. what are the thoughts about the meat/protein per day in order to get muscle while on var AND losing BF ?

    ps: Ill go up to 10mg on monday.

    hey! Im starting Anavar (var) soon and really wanted to get some information on how to get the quickest results!
    I am about 115 pounds 5'3- hate working out but will be doing it hardcore soon before i start Anavar (var) .

    I don't eat breakfast

    snack on peanut butter and crackers

    usually have a salad or soup for lunch

    high protein dinner with veggies

    Will be taking 5mg of Anavar (var) a day...
    I want to cut and gain lean muscle... I am terrified of gaining weight or getting way to skinny and losing my curves.

    HELP! what do you guys recommend??

    Ladies.... r.angel and tatty567... you need to get your diet and exercise in check prior to even considering gear... plus research more.... read about it... there is no such thing as a quick fix..... spend time reading about others experiences and advice and you will see it takes time and a lot of hard work.... gear will not get you ripped over night.... I have been working out for at least 15 years and for most of that time I did it only with food and exercise and recently added gear as my additional booster... you need to find your maximum natural gains/capabilities before you play with gear....

    Anavar (var) isn't a fat burner.... it will help a little but it's used for cutting and hardening.... you will also find you are stronger at the gym and get amazing pumps... you should have looked into a different compound for fat loss such as clen or even the old trusty ECA stack.... not sure if I would really recommend Anavar (var) for you based on what you told us....

    Finally, you don't need to split Anavar (var) into so many doses.... it's a long lasting compound.... 8-9 hours.... you should take 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.... if you continue using it.... not sure if you will get full benefits from breaking it down that much....

    100g of protein per meal!!!!! REALLY??? that is WAAAAAY too much.... you only need 0.8g of protein per pound of your weight per day..... if you weigh 150lbs then you are looking at 120g of protein a DAY not per meal.. this is just a guideline as well and may need to adjust it depending on exercise level, etc...

    Hello , thanks for the response..

    yeah. I do think is a lot of protein, But she was pretty consistent about how the diet works ( since she is a bodybuilder , and just won 1st place in the bikini competition 2 weeks ago i cant even argue if it works or not but it doesnt hurt getting second opinion ).

    Anyways , I did lose a few pounds in the last 2 weeks since i started the Anavar (var) but that is not even what im expecting. The weight in the scale doesnt matter to me but how the body looks . hmm..My legs are way harder and tonned , even some celullite i had on the tighs disappeared. Well , not sure if its the diet or the Anavar (var) but it looks really , really better. I had a few classmates coming to me and saying that I should stop my diet because im losing weight and my body is ok , but actually they dont see under my clothes that im actually getting bigger ( from what i notice ).

    I did the first week 5mg , to see the reaction in my body. Since it should be taken morning and night i cut to have the 5mg a day so 2.5 in the morning 2.5 at night. second week went up to 10mg. so cut in 2 having 5mg in the morning , 5mg at night. Im going to my 4th week so havent decided if i will go up to 10mg in the morning , 10mg at night or if i cut and get 7.5mg each. Hmm I havent had any bad side effects whatsover.

    Anyways , today i got out of the diet a bit ..its easter at work , school and family sooo i couldnt get away from the food and some chocolate but ill get back harder on monday

    The diet is easy to follow tho , i dont feel hungry at all ( of course a piece of 100g grilled chicken on coconut oil every 3h plus dark green leaves its pretty good ) but its making me SO FUCKING SLEEPY !! I mean .. really tired all the time. I sleep all night , all the way to school inside the subway , also in class sometimes and its hard to concentrate. Im a fulltime accounting student and its killing me not having the energy to focus in my studies , thank god ill be done in 3 weeks !

    Really horny. I mean .. I get wet while exercising and sometimes i find myself staring at guys at the gym and losing the time between the circuits. Im even having nightmares or should i say sexmares ?


    So ... back to ana Anavar (var) . My arms are awesome , back is growing and muscles are really popping out. I have to say that my Legs are something else already ! buuuut the little fat i have in my belly is still here.. I can feel the muscle in my stomach getting hard and ripped but the extra skin/fat still bothers me. The diet is the key tho so I have to keep it calm and wait to see the results..

    ps: Clen makes me shake like crazy. I would try again if I was on vacation but during school is impossible.
