mine are a cnt hair over 20 pumped and the same cnt hair under 20 cold. that miserable cnt hair. if I could figure it out on this computer I would post a pic. I'm no bill gates, that's for sure.

mine may be 20.2" but im 6'5'' and they dont look that big,mine biceps are long,and it takes alot of muscle to look 20+ inches,now if i were 5'7 or so,then i would be proud lol

Rastas I've seen 17 inch arms with great shape that you would swear we're 20inches. don't sweat the size brother, remember its all about illusion, right....? plus if they are shaped well you can always lie provided there's no tape measure around. concentrate more on triceps if you are really trying for size, they make up two thirds of the upper arm. good luck man.
