    Default Best exercise for developing the inner chest
    I'm looking to "finish out" my chest. What exercises can help me develop definition for my inner pecs. (Man cleavage).

    I have heard some people say inner chest can't be targeted since your 3 pec muscles are horizontally lined. Upper, middle, and bottom. And that the chest separation is genetic.

    Makes sense, but it doesn't stop me from doing free weight flys and cable flys

    Here is 1 i like.
    If u have the hammer strength decline chest press sit sideways and pull the handle across ur chest then switch side. Put your free hand on your center chest and you will feel that muscle activting.

    To add, you might try some close grip bench. It really helps hitting the inner chest for me and tri's too but thats something else you can try. Bread and butter is flyes though.

    I'm with the blond bombshell on this one. dips, weighted if possible, but if not just use body weight and concentrate on leaning forward on the way down. get someone to pull your feet back if you must, but try hard to lean forward. it will work the inner pecs, as will dumbells pullovers, and they also work the serratus muscles.
