What's up guys, I know there's a sticky above on this but seems real outdated. I just started a 5x5 routine (off cycle) to change up my routine.
First day was Chest and Tris
Flat dumbell press 5x5
Incline 1 arm dumbell press 3x10
Pec Dec 3x10
And the end of the last set of each exercise 10 pushups.
Close Grip 5x5
Overhead rope extensions 3x10
Bent over Dumbell kickbacks 2x10
Anybody recently or currently doing something similar? Any suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks!!
