    Default Uneven triceps.. any ideas?
    I'm currently on a 2 workout split done on m/w/f(ex 1/2/1 then 2/1/ repeat)

    Workout1:
    Squats
    Calf Press
    Incline DB Press
    Weighted Dips
    Lateral Raises

    Workout2:
    Pullups
    Deadlifts
    Yates Rows
    Wide Pulldowns
    Seated Calf

I've been getting great results with my routine but one problem..
I'm right handed but in a front double bi my left tricep completely dwarfs my right tricep.
I believe it is a long head of the muscle(the part that sweeps down in a fdb) which gets activated the most in overhead movements..

So would throwing something like a set of overhead DB extensions on my smaller arm at the end of the workout help bring it up to par? I'm not looking to gain strength/progress in the exercises, just even out.

IMO the only way to bring a laging body part up to speed is work it more than another! But I have never had this issue on a side to side balance issue this is intresting to say the least?

Apply it more to daily routines.

I used to do everything right handed, but I noticed my left arm lagging.

Well I started brushing my teeth with it(now I cant do it with my right, im so used to it with my left lol).

I started writing with it at work, small notes, and anything not important. Why? Because you have to really focus to do it. What does this do? Improve the limb, your mind/body connection, and your potential.

Its not all about doing more reps with it, but making it as useful in your daily life as the other limb of its kind.

I dont understand how this happens? Do you regularly use your left arm for something else? I understand lagging body parts but presumably when you work arms, you use the same weight in each hand? For straight tricep mass i like heavy close grip benches but that would work both arms equally. Do you think the lack of development on the right tricep is weight training related?

I have always had this issue, left bi and tri bigger then right and I'm right handed so I doubt it has anything to do with daily use.
Left seems stronger and bigger but right has more stamina and always has a rep or 2 left after left arm fails.
Seems more fast twitch fibbers and the other side has more slow twitch.
