    Need thoughts and advice on my workout
    Ok yes I want looks thats the BB in me but also I love to throw big weight thts the PL in me. So at the moment I am on cycle and am doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of my life stats

    age 37
    height 6' 1"
    weight 238
    years training 10
    cycles 5

    Ok diet is very clean and as summer approuches I am trying to cut up a bit want to look nice for the beach. I have added cardio to my workouts I do it after my weight training. My thoughts on this is since weights are anarobic and continues to burn for a bit after I am getting a double whammy doing it after. I do the bike for 1 hour after training and in the morning I jog for 1/2 7 days a week.

    I also think I may be over training cause I train every day

    Mon Back 5 to 6 exercises 8 to 10 reps 3 to 4 sets per exercise

    tues shoulders same as above

    weds biceps, triceps, traps, and calves same as above

    thurs legs same as above

    fri chest same as above

    Sat split routine higher reps lower weight variety of exercises upper and lower body

    Sun whatever I feel sometimes I will do maxes and see what I can throw around

    I like heavy weight but also want to look good at the same time I have been neglecting deads and have recently added them back because i know they are needed for good development.

    Any thoughts would be great thank you guys

    how has your progress been with your current program? how's your strength? size?

    so far been doing pretty I change it up from time to time strength seems steady size seems good

    maybe you could drop the arm days and just add triceps workout on your chest days and biceps on your back days. have you tried that?

    That is similar to what I am doing at the moment and it works good for me.

    based from my experience with having an arms day, I end up developing an annoying left triceps tendonitis. it almost affected my right one too. good thing it is not bothered by pressing movements, just can't do any extension exercises.
