Ok yes I want looks thats the BB in me but also I love to throw big weight thts the PL in me. So at the moment I am on cycle and am doing TRT for the rest of my life stats

Ok diet is very clean and as summer approuches I am trying to cut up a bit want to look nice for the beach. I have added cardio to my workouts I do it after my weight training. My thoughts on this is since weights are anarobic and continues to burn for a bit after I am getting a double whammy doing it after. I do the bike for 1 hour after training and in the morning I jog for 1/2 7 days a week.
I also think I may be over training cause I train every day
Mon Back 5 to 6 exercises 8 to 10 reps 3 to 4 sets per exercise
tues shoulders same as above
weds biceps, triceps, traps, and calves same as above
thurs legs same as above
fri chest same as above
Sat split routine higher reps lower weight variety of exercises upper and lower body
Sun whatever I feel sometimes I will do maxes and see what I can throw around
I like heavy weight but also want to look good at the same time I have been neglecting deads and have recently added them back because i know they are needed for good development.
