Rest Pause??????

I was looking over the top 5 routines and I was wondering what a rest pause is. I think it was in Dogcrapps routines.

No, it's when you pause during a set, so that you can get that last rep or two. Like, when you pause at the top of a bench set for a few seconds so that you can squeeze out a couple more reps.

For doggcrapp's version of rest pausing it's more than a few seconds.

Crank out as many reps as you can to failure, rack it, take anywhere between 15-25 deep breaths, go again, 15-25 deep breaths, go until you fail one more time and you're done.

This is over-simplified, but it'll give you the idea.

I had thought his rest-pause was 15-20 seconds, and a deep breath for me is more like 4-6 seconds.
