Monday is chestday.
I train for 30-35 minutes, and I'm doing about 8 workingsets.
I bust my ass of, after the training I couldn't do much more
because I trained so hard.
Everyone in my gym trains for 1 hour or more, twice a week!
I'm doing only 30 min once a week.
But the guys in my gym look like shit after many years of training.
So am I doing it right?
35 minutes once a week , but training like an animal thought.
