i hope they make a powerlifting for dummies
haha .. the reading is the only hard part, i went to one of the westside articles and it was 57 pages lol .. thats more of a novel than an article
o well, when i have a chance to sit down and read them i will .. keep em comin..
im sure pullin will be happy to see this when he gets back
