    I dread leg day until..........
    I dread my leg day every week. I honestly HATE training legs. Once Im done squats, the fear and dread is gone for another whole week.

    Every night before leg day, I think of how nice it would be to just relax at home, and do what I want. The way I get my ass to the gym on leg day is to pretend that I am my bodies trainer. I force my body to get to the gym and do those damn squats until I almost pass out or puke, or cry like a biatch!!!!

    I honestly have to force my body to drive my car to the gym on leg day. Its crazy. Legs are tomorrow afternoon. Damn........ Full squats are a biatch!!!!!

    Arhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Im going to bed now, and next time I post on this thread, I will be done leg day!

    Later, and good night! Im gonna smash each rep tomorrow, and im gonna enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pointless thread I know, but I think some of you bros feel the same sometimes.

    LOL I agree! I absolutely HATE leg day too! The only reason that I don't mind it AS much is b/c I do bi's on leg day too so it's not quite as bad.

    I must be weird because I hear this all the time, but I really look forward to leg day. Squats are really hard especially if you go well below parallel and use heavy weight. But the results that you get from them are awesome. My legs are fairly strong, I love squats my second favorite exercise is deadlifts.
    It's two days after heavy squats that I hate because this is when the muscle soreness really kicks in.

    I'm starting to hate chest day. It's so god damn nerve racking right before my first workset on the bench press. I'm always trying to concentrate on not being initimidated by the heavy weight, and it can be a real pain in the ass.

    I tore my hamstring late December and leg days sucked for a long time. 10 days out I missed a box squat with my body weight.

    I love them now...absolutely love them.

    I say a quick 'hello' to the Pale Horse after a few sets...but I always come back in the end.

    I love doing squats, the feeling of getting my ass absolutely kicked is awesome. Hmmmm, maybe I'm a masochist?

    I also love deadlifts.

    I love doin legs! especially squats are one of my all time favourites together with deads.

    Look at yourself in the mirror while doin squats...it's amazing! your head goin to explode, your chest pumped and your whole body just shacking. That's what I call a core exercise. And then when you are done with a set the feeling of going to pass out or just puke is simply amazing. So do your squats, it's the sweetest thing you can do in the gym besides checking out some nice lady's ass

    Love it Love all groups.. Im more scared of bench then squats.. if u get stuck its only to drop the bar..

    I love heavy deads and squats. I like the stairs in the gym on the faces I make tryn to push the weight through the roof and making my body more anabolic...

    I'm a squat man myself too. Having to hold onto the railing while walking down the stairs after doing legs is a good thing. Walking lunges are what put me on the point of crying after doing a set of squats. But it's a good feeling.

    I never really minded leg day but now my knees hurt a little so I dont like it. I want to go really heavy squats or presses, but after a few sets I really feel my knees. The past few weeks Iv been sticking to extensions and other machines. Im getting great results but I still feel as if Im doing wrong by not squating.

    I had back surgery for a disk herniation 3 months ago, has anyone had this & was able to squat again ?
