I bought the program a couple years ago, if there is enough interest I post up the routines.

Post it.... although Im still sore as hell from the 5x5 routine... I did it for the bench the other day.. 315x5x5 and I am sore as hell... I usually work up to 325 for 6-8 too so I thought 315 would be easy..damn was I wrong.. lol

Ah hah, Leo Costa Jr, I tried his so-called "Bulgarian" program and I grew like a motherfucker, but so far as I know his claims were complete BS about the so called "secret conferences" and etc.
However it kicked my ass almost 10 years ago and I still have the stretch marks.

Hey Stone Cold! I'd be interested in checking out some of the routines that Titan Training involves. Maybe you can post some for me.

I'll try to do up a post on it tomorrow.

I have that program, now if someone could scan in the bulgarian program the one from before the titan training one, I would love to get my hands back on that, I used to have it but lost it. Does anyone have it? I think it was called bulgarian burst, or big beyond belief? Thing was freakin unreal.........there was like 4 different versions, it was great. titan training was alright....too much of a cardio session, bulgarian was great though.

Please post up that titan workout. I'd really like to know if it works and/or give it a shot myself since I've been stuck on a pretty good plateau for a long while.

Bump. This was great stuff. I was 22 and went from 160 to 195 in a matter of months completely naturally. Covered with stretch marks. Would love to get a copy of it.
