    Question My veins are popping out !
    I can't help but notice the veins in my arms (especially), shoulders and legs have been very visible over the last month.
    Even on rest days they are bulging out , what does this mean ? is it good, bad ?

    fucker!!!! I have gotten to 5% BF and had "NO" veins, be lucky to have them, they look good on a lifter, i wish i had some, genetics!!!!!

    i only get veins in my forearms and one in my bicep.. but they pop out most only when im lifting...
