 Upper Bicep workout
Are there any bicep workouts you can do for your upper bicep. Like where your chest, delt, and bicep meets? Or do all type of bicep workouts pretty much work the whole bicep?

theres two heads on the bicep... and both run lengthwise along your arm, you can put emphasis on either head, but as far as 'upper' bicep area, if your looking for that definition, thats most likely a diet issue to get the seperation between the delts, biceps and triceps.
hope this helps

yea that helps, thanks. Now according to what you said, how do you work either "head"? The way you position your hand.. ie curl bar vs barbell curl, or like hammer curl vs regular dumbell curl?

god i thought this was going to be another thread about getting a 'peak' in your bicep happening. I admit i do a bit of 'arm' work. When I do get in there & do it, i look at how the bicep is built & do things such as hammer curls, concentric curls (both norrow & wide grip)
