Default rotator cuff

Had full tear rotator cuff surgery in August, Have started back on cardio, bands and light cables. Anyone have any other suggestions.

Light weight internal external rotator pulls. Light lateral raises ....etc. I had shoulder surgery last September took 1 yr to get back to normal but now my shoulders freeze up after heavy shoulder work.

from everything i have read my age (49) and the severity of the tear all point to what your saying. Just have to stay motivated!!

dude i had the same surgery took me 4 every to get back its been over a yr now make sure you do your rehab and do it at home to it really helps when i got back into the gym i had to go real slow i just worked my left side 4 the longest time tryn to get back up to par with my right side i still have some pain but doc said that will always be there ... so thats where the deca comes in well 4 me anyways good luck bro just take it easy

it took me over a year as well to recover from the surgery. i still have a little pain but it's not to bad.

i had a partial tear it took me abouuuut 4 months to heal without surgery. im 6 months past my injutry and lifting heavy. I still am weary when i train shoulders tho.
