Can high E2 levels cause anxiety?
    Question guys......

Can high levels of E2 cause anxiety? I suffer anyway from anxiety and am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but lately my nipples have become sore so a good sign my E2 levels are high......But my anxiety has got worse?

They arrived this afternoon bud so will start them tomorrow......How quickly do Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Arimidex) take to work?

    Also.....Does high levels of E2 cause/worsen anxiety?

Arimidex starts working in minutes, I can feel it. I would normally say that it was all in my head, and their is no way that it can work in minutes. But I'ts been since December for me. It maxes out for me after an hour or 2.

Yes, high estrogen absolutely makes anxiety worse. The good news is depression decreases.

High E2 will fuck with your head more than low T, If you can't control estrogen testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) after about a week will become pointless, the sad thing alot of endos don't have a clue about it which is mind boggling to me.

That is interesting bud.....So you think high E2 levels could be causing you anxiety?

I have always been an anxious person even when I was a kid, but as I went through my teenage years I never got the normal changes, yes my voice got a bit deeper but even now and I am 37 some people have thought I was gay due to being feminine in many of my ways, so I am wondering if my E2 levels have been very high for years thus causing my anxiety?

Is you index finger longer than your ring finger? This would indicate low testosterone in the womb. T has everything to do with puberty, not E.

Ring finger is about 2-3mm longer than index finger bud.

I was born with both testicles in my abdominal area that were removed and put back where they belonged when I was 8 years old.....Dont know if that could have effected anything?

Only other thing that could have effected me as in low Test is abusing Dianabol, Winstrol, Nap 50's etc since 18 till I was about 30, never did any post cycle therapy (pct) on any course and never did any jabs so never ran any Test with my courses.....But I was very uneducated then about AAS.

Are you on T now? The reason I ask is because in my case T was 288 and E2 was about 16. I had sore nips on occasion, hot flashes, etc. Not all the time, just once in a while. But I would also cry like a baby watching any chic flic. I have no idea where my T or E is now, but I'd bet they are both fairly high, yet I don't have sore nips, no hot flashes, and am only a sensative guy watching movies (teary eyed only at the right times).
