How do you guys prepare your chicken? Add anything to your hard boiled eggs?
What about the oats? Splenda or anything like that?

First off my friend, you do not have diabetes, and pre-diabetes? that is questionable also, as being one number off a fairly soft diagnosis factor.
If you were getting 115, 120, maybe that would be considered pre-d. Now here is the kicker, doctors won't prescribe you anything until you start having a fasting blood sugar of 135 or above, until then, all they do is tell you to eat better, watch your weight and blah blah blah.
The truth is, many people fall within the range of pre-diabetes, and never treat it, and never become diabetic.
What other medications are you on? there are also a lot of meds that will increase blood sugar, including testosterone at high dosages. For me, deca spikes my blood sugar, as do high blood pressure meds.
I am type 2 diabetic, it runs in both sides of my family, my mother and father are diabetic. This has made the normal pre-diabetes turn into insulin dependant in about 10 years. Most people this would take decades to progress. In another post I will try to define what diabetes is a little better, as its pretty easy to stay away from

Season the chicken how ever you want then bake at 350 for 20 to 25mins. Throw some in the fridge for the next couple days. Hard boiled is great for on the go, or I just scramble mine most the time. As for oats, I blend them raw in my morning shake, plain cooked oatmeal is for the birds.

Yes it will last a week.
I scramble my eggs not big on boiled. As for the oats I mix mine with banana protein from NTBM add water and ice shake, it really tastes great

I know this thread has deviated but I wanted to say a word about your 100 glucose. Normally that is a concern. However, I would say that if you had been fasting for 12 hours that means that this was a blood test done first thing in the morning. The first thing in the morning is when your liver releases stores of glucose into your blood that is why sometimes your sugar can be higher in the morning than it was when you went to bed. I think this is called the dawn phenomenon or something like that.
Anyhoo. Go to walmart and buy a glucose meter, and take some blood sugar tests yourself after having not eaten or 2 hours and 4 hours, but not in the morning. If you get a 100 or more after not having anything to eat for 4 hours tell your doctor. In fact, tell your docotr all of your results in relation to what you had eaten.
