Discussion on Testosterone Replacement Therapy

    too early to tell.....
    alright so i know this is probably premature but its been about 2 weeks since i started my protocal. Im not feeling the greatest yet, and im not expecting too as of yet. But it seems like im getting bigger (not my cock-n-balls or in a good way) seems like my body is getting bigger. Not to say im the best dieter but i do watch what i eat and try to eat mostly good foods (ie lots of chicken and eggs and veggies). I recently came across sugar being a HUGE factor for body fat, so i have recently been cutting added sugars from everywhere i can..

    Now as i said this is probably to early to say but i wonder if my protocal is right cause im tired and recently im feeling so sleepy and i havent been sleepin well either, although i havent for YEARS... Im only asking cause other members on this site seem like they were or are in the same position as i am in and all of you have nothing but great things to say about the way you feel now.. I'll be honest when i first started after the 2nd shot of test i was feeling better more alert and i had ONE night where i slept like a friggin rock i didnt wake up once and i felt GREAT in the morning! (been years since i did that) but maybe that was from just knowing that i finally had a solution and was on the road to getting better?...?.. Probably it was all mental ill admit it.. if i could get back to that i would! anyhow i do feel some better in the way of my mood, NOT great but tiny better..still mental? (who knows) And i feel fuller if that makes sense...... I weighted myself at the beginning of my protocal and now and in 2wks i have gained 6-7lbs... If i was ripped or atleast 10-15% bf i wouldnt care but man my stomach seems bigger lately.. Is there anything i should seriously be concerned about since im on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) now? Should i call Maximus and talk to them or just wait it out and see what happens? i was just concerned that maybe the estrogen blocker isnt enough or something?? anyways just looking for sound advise.....

    your stomach getting bigger has to do more with your diet, nothing to do with you Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) protocol ...you said youre eating good, but how does your diet looks like???..do you do any cardio at all ? whats your daily caloric intake ? those things you have to consider as well.

    Right on, i will hit you up monday then.. I didnt know if it was still to early to tell anything....

    about my diet, honestly i mainly eat a shit ton of chicken, eggs, fruits and veggies.. Dont get me wrong i snack or "treat" myself to crap here and there but not what you would think.. I watch all my sugars like i said (but thats recent) ive always watched fat, calories, and sodium, Of course i try to take in protein but not as much as i probably should but thats mainly cause i just havent be supplementing with protein powder.. I'll be honest im not a fan of cardio and havent done much. I like to lift but since my injury to my shoulder 3+ yrs ago i really still cant do what i would like too (long story there).. Anyways im not looking to all of a sudden shread fat weight since im on protocal but i did think it was wierd that i am gaining like i am... Maybe my scale is jacked? possibly who knows these days........ If i was able to workout like i did 4yrs ago i would of been stoked with gains like this but then again i was working out like a mad man back then and was in pretty damn good shape.. I never thought id say it cause then i used to think i wasnt big enough or ripped enough, now i look at myself and wanna throw up on how fat and out of shape i have become... I blame my accident\injury on this now and probably what killed my test levels to begin with and with all the stress of the situation things i guess just snowballed and look at me now.................................. alright thats enough of that... make light of it, a few yrs ago when it all started ill admit i ate whatever and whenever cause dealing with the stress and surgerys i turned to food for comfort.. but within the last yr i really noticed what i have become and went back to my old eating habits and im still trying to get into my old routine... I know ill get there but there still are a few obsticals holding me back right now..... When i say old eating habits i used to be hardcore into bodybuilding and people i used to work with always looked at me funny cause of the stuff i ate, i would eat the same stuff everyday. for me it didnt matter i didnt eat for taste i ate to feed the machine i was and had the mentality for it.. Chicken, brown rice, broccoli eatting hardboiled egg whites where the best cause some people dont understand how you can eat eggs every single day.. I admit sometimes id have to take a break but thats normal......
    alright i worte enough on this... sorry i just got rolling.....

    so if i can get my act together i would like to hit up 3j to chat and see what he's gotta say....... it would be nice to have a professional nutritionist on my side also...

    I did my third pin today. I've had a little trouble sleeping as well but at the same time I've had more energy and have been a little more upbeat. I just don't seem to need as much sleep. I was able to get up and hit the gym in the morning last week which is something I haven't been able to do for a while.

    Hopefully, this is the start of good things to come. I better hurry up and find a woman!

    Join the club on the "SLUT FRONT"! They're all the fucking same! I had to split ties with Ms. Maximus and HER FOUR KIDS (I dont have any) for the final time... Cause her ex husband is jealous as dogshit of me and is making her life miserable. Good riddance to a CARGO PLANE I guess! Boo hoo

    It's rare in any form of business to find someone with the kind of positive reviews Chip has. I've talked with him at length about this and know it hasn't come easy. Chip sacrifices a lot for all of us. It's 2:30pm in the afternoon on a Sunday (at home enjoying World Superbike racing before I start back on the yard work, and I assure you I could have Chip on the phone in 30 seconds. That's how dedicated he is. Just know that the guy is there for all of us.

    watch the fruit man! you mentioned that you eat alot of fruit.

    Although fruit is healthy it is fructose (sugar). Watch the fruit especially late in the day and before bed.

    id say giver it 1-2 months before you start to worry. also a healthy diet is VERY important. you can still get fat and feel shitty if you eat shitty.
