need some help with energy! them dam energy drinks cost to much. any one got some other cheaper ideas to supply energy besides coffee?

Taurine is cheap. Its like 5bucks at the AF store. Funny thing is, shipping and handeling costs more than the Taurine itself. The taurine itself is like 5bucks, literally.
I ordered a bottle a few weeks ago, it gives an ok jolt, nothing too special.

i have been using 10 grams on work out days seems good to me...i got it form trueprotien mixed with bcaa's 10 g gives me 5g bcaa's and 5 g tuarine i take it twice on work out days...with my whey. decent energy. also could try green tea.
