My wife competed for the first time in March in the figure division and finished 2nd in the Novice and 2nd in the Masters. She was definetly the most shredded up there however
in this upcoming show in September she needs to be a touch fuller and harder. I am her trainer and nutritionist as I do this for a living (30yrs) and competed a dozen times
about a hundred years ago winning 2 times myself. I have trained and dieted many male and female competitors in the past but when its your wife you want to do whats best.
Anyway, I am a supplement geek and a training method geek/Certified Trainer and Certified Nutritionist in the State of RI. She has 8 weeks remaining and I want her to
have the edge in this one. She is in the OCB sanction so it is a drug tested show. Any supplements that I may not know about that she can either start now or with a few weeks
left that can give her that dry to the bone, yet fuller look? Any serious conversation would be greatly appreciated.....
