    Protein before bed?
    Hey guys this has been bugging
    What's better
    I use ON whey and casein
    Before bed can I take 2-3 scoops of the whey protein with flax

    Or should I stick to the casein?
    Please help

    casein is the nite time protein so go with it.I think it all bullshit fast protein slow protein just eat the shit.

    i do 1.5 scoops of the n2matrix (ntbm casein) and half scoop of wheytobuildmuscle before bed... i am a firm believer in combining the two for optimal effects... at night you want it to be casein dominant...

    I use Gold Standard casein at night two Scoops. I use to not do its stopped me from waking up at night and eatting food i feel more full now...

    I second this. I like that you get the whey digesting fast and then the casein working for hours later

    Honestly, I would just stick with casein protein if you're dieting. I personally try to stay away from dairy but if you're not dieting then do what you please

    Dairy especially milk will help get rid of the lean look easy lol

    Does wonders for the swole look tho...

    I use n2matrix mostly but if I'm out no biggy just stick to whey... Not a life or death or huge gains to be had lol

    if you're not a fan of cottage cheese on it's own.

    Try this anabolic shake before bed!

    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop Casein Protein (Chocolate Preferably)
    1 tsp Ground flax seed
    1 tsp coconut flakes
    2-3 Ice cubes

    Directions: Throw everything in a blender and enjoy

    Casein is solid as it gets for night time feeding. It will deliever protein when you need it the most besides post workout. Keep taking it and using whey during the day like Myofusion by Gaspari. One of the best tasting ones ever and good deal at Orbit.

    proteins before bed never be taken because by it the cholesterol level enhance which mere to disturb the liver function,and not remain the better health for this all type of the protein must be taken ealry in the morning so that the whole day working enable the person to dissolve it into the pure blood.

    so many different opinions so many ways...i normally do cottage cheese or greek yogurt I read not to do milk....i believe only if its skim right?or carbs are under 15g

    I fat free greek yogurt its like um 18g protien per serving, add some sugar free preserves if you want, its all good

    i usually take 1-2 scoops (25-50g) of needtowhey mixed with water 30min before bed.

    Thats very untrue and dosent make any sence, please post a link to even ONE study that shows this....

    there is nothing wrong with taking protein before bed, and " dissolve it into the pure blood. ", " disturb the liver function ", " disturb the liver function "
    is all unfounded/untrue

    1) its bad to over eat before bed, sure yes.
    2) if you never drink water and do take in lots of protein then yess that will be hard on KIDNYS.

    I like the idea of combining whey and casein I scoop of each with water in a shake before bed.
