    my mixture Protein Pancakes.
    High protein pancakes

    1 cup flour
    4 egg yolks
    7 egg whites
    2/3 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Whisk flour, egg yolks, sour cream, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla until batter is smooth.

    2. Beat egg whites until they're very stiff, then stir them into the batter.

    3. Cook in frying pan, use non-stick cookin' spray.

    4. Top pancakes with fresh fruit.

    yummy!!!

    Geez mathew34, you cook too? That does sound pretty good, have to give them a try this weekend for my cheat meal...can you say "carb up!!!"

    I just use needtobuildmuscle protein pancakes. Just add two scoops of them 1/4 a cup milk and one egg.

    i just buy wheat pancake mix and throw in 2 huge scoops of whey to build its tastes great.

    i use these and add blueberries, raspberries, bananna's etc etc. great, they actually taste good.

    I tend to use

    5 egg whites.
    1 25g scoop of whey.
    50g of porridge oats.

    Put into a Blender to make it into a batter. Then cook like you would any other pancake mix. (makes roughly 3 pancakes)

    Kcal:366
    Protein: 44g
    Carbs: 33g
    Fat: 6g

    I suggest you to add flour, because i made some without flour and it wasnt very good
