 my mixture Protein Pancakes.
High protein pancakes
1 cup flour
4 egg yolks
7 egg whites
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Whisk flour, egg yolks, sour cream, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla until batter is smooth.
2. Beat egg whites until they're very stiff, then stir them into the batter.
3. Cook in frying pan, use non-stick cookin' spray.
4. Top pancakes with fresh fruit.

i use these and add blueberries, raspberries, bananna's etc etc. great, they actually taste good.

I tend to use
5 egg whites.
1 25g scoop of whey.
50g of porridge oats.
Put into a Blender to make it into a batter. Then cook like you would any other pancake mix. (makes roughly 3 pancakes)

Not sure if you know FlagnorFail Brownies recipe, but dont do it without flour. I tried ... what a mess
