 Powerchews Creatine !!!!! from N2BM
So What is Creatine ?
Creatine is a micronutrient that occurs naturally in skeletal muscle tissue and helps to supply energy to muscle and nerve cells.
Creatine in its phosphocreatine form is used in muscle cells to store energy for explosive movements – movements that use up ATP storage quickly (sprinting, skating, weight training).
During intense exercise phosphocreatine is broken down into creatine and phosphate. The phosphate group is then used to generate the cellular energy ATP. When ATP stores are depleted, energy and endurance drop during the workout, so to avoid this and increase strength, lean muscle and endurance athletes will supplement with creatine.
How does taking a creatine supplement help you ?
Creatine monohydrate is a dietary supplement that athletes and many bodybuilders use to increase high intensity exercise performance, increase strength, have fuller looking muscles, increase body mass and have faster post workout muscle recovery.
Needtobuildmuscle now carries Powerchews Creatine !
This product is awesome,
Chewable Creatine doesn't get more convenient than that !!

I dont beleave a "loading phase" is needed with creatine.
over the years i have noticed same thing from starting at 5g ed from day one and also the whole 10-15g for a week thing, only diffrince was less bloat first 2 weeks when not megaloading it in.
I dont think is needed personally, but others feel the same.
just though id add my 0.2 to that.
