I have been doing a little research about the ECA stack (Ephedrine ,caffiene,aspirin). I have been talking to a few guys at the gym about what they use as a "fat burning" suppliment. Some say hydroxycut but most say Ephedrine ,caffiene,aspirin. When I asked what each does and why take that stack they come back with "becasue thats what I was told to do."
Now me...before I start taking stacks or anything I don't understand I want it explained to me. So I am asking for some help with this can someone explain why this stack and why is this stack so good at burning fat?And what does each part do?
