I was wondering if there was a certain time of day that I should be giving my inj's at.(i.e. after workout,before bed,morning)

I take mine in the morning, which works out well because its also an hour or so before i train.

Just some extra energy (nothing like a stimulant, ie ephedrine) but I get warmer after I eat, its more of an alert type of energy, not a bouncing off the walls energy.
