Just wondering if I should keep buying my good old creatine and n.o. products since as far as I can tell they never produced any real results before. any help would be appreciated thanks!!!

If your still fucking around with stuff like N.O. varients, and buying your shit from GNC, you likely don't have a very good diet. I got completly over the fake ass supplement game once I got a better handle/outlook on dieting.
