    Default Need2slin Review
I will be reviewing Need2slin as soon as I get it.

    Training log:

    Working for the BIG 200

    Need2slin

For decades now Bodybuilders, power lifters, and professional
Athletes have Known about the powerful muscle building, fat burner effects of insulin. Athletes Of all kinds have mastered the art of using insulin and insulin mimicking compounds to maximize muscles gains, increase strength, and burn of unwanted body fat.

So the questions Are. What is insulin? what is a good insulin mimicking compound? How do they work? And what can you do to jump on the gravy train?

insulin is a hormone produced in the pancreas which helps to regulate glucose levels in the body. Medically, it is typically used in the treatment of diabetes. Recently, insulin has become quite popular among bodybuilders due to the anabolic effect it can offer. With well-times injections, insulin will help to bring glycogen and other nutrients to the muscle

insulin has profound effects on metabolism. insulin causes cells in the liver, muscle, and fat tissue to take up glucose from the blood, storing it as glycogen in the liver and muscle. When insulin is absent (or low), glucose is not taken up by body cells. for example, by transfer of lipids from adipose tissue to the liver for mobilization as an energy source. As its level is a central metabolic control mechanism, its status is also used as a control signal to other body systems (such as amino acid uptake by body cells). In addition, it has several other anabolic effects throughout the body. insulin release is stimulated mainly by the conception of carbohydrates, certain amino acids, or the combination of both. Nevertheless In today's society The number of people who suffer from dysfunction in the insulin signaling cascade Are almost infinite.

As you can see from the above explanation this can cause a multitude of problems all of which ultimately lead to what non of us want. fat gain, muscle wasting, lose of strength and stamina.

Even better is the fact that we can see through manipulation of the signaling cascade, nutrient partitioning, and the use of insulin mimicking compounds. Not only can people with pore nutrient signaling greatly benefit their quest for increased muscle and fat lose but even the most genetically gifted can reap the rewords. My friends there is room for everyone on this gravy train.

Now comes how!!! Need2slin, not to be confused with p-slin or slin sane, is NTBM'S Newest creation. Taking nutrient optimization, nutrient partitioning, and insulin mimicking to new heights. Threw much safer means and less long term side effects. At NTBM we don't just say its the best. We prove it!

    What's in Need2sline?
We put more of whats needed,Left out whats not, And as always opted adding in the more expensive ingredients over the cheap harmful ones. At NTBM we do it right or we don't do it at all. Just because there is a study or two that can back it up NTBM never uses cheap ingredients that over time can be hazardous to long term health. We're not out to save a buck, We're out to change lives. Our product contains

1.) 450mg gymnema sylvestre, a whopping 75 percent gymnemic acids!!
    2.) 250mg Acetyl L-carnatine
    3.) 200mg NaR-ALA
    4.) 200mg L-norvaline
    5.) 90mg Coleus forskholi, 20 percent forskolin.
    6.) 30mg synephrine HCI
    7.) 18mg Banaba leaf.

    How they work.

    450mg gymnema sylvestre

What exactly does this do, whats the proof?

A Major Scientific Breakthrough From Novel Gymnema Sylvestre Isolate Research May Provide A New Therapy For Type 2 Diabetes

These articles show it has outstanding therapeutic qualities, The hypoglycemic extract of Gymnema sylvestris brings about blood glucose homeostasis, which in turn prevents increased glycosylation of proteins thus reversing the onset of changes leading to micro and macroangiopathy. Control of Diabetes mellitus and the associated complications are mediated through the revival or regeneration of the insulin, producing beta-cells in the islets of langerhans. The glucose-like molecules in Gurmar known as the gymnemic acid fills the receptor locations in the absorptive external layers of the intestine, thereby preventing the intestine from absorbing the sugar molecules. Due to the change in the absorption level of sugar, there is a consequent change in the blood sugar level... This is the action from which it forces these sugars into muscle cells, these beta cells are the key to getting insulin to work the way we want, cellular recovery and repair.

Also it has outstanding health benefits.
    What is Gymnema Sylvestre?,

So that is the first ingredient, this supplement called the Destroyer of sugar, allows beta cell regeneration, causing a response in healthy insulin. And a great aid in fat loss, or prevention of fat storage.

    Next,

Acetyl L-carnatine, this is similar in form to the amino acid L-carnitine and also has some similar functions, such as being involved in the metabolism of food into energy. The acetyl group that is part of acetyl-L-carnitine contributes to the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is required for mental function, and increased CNS function, so better performance, ideal for athletes. And it increases androgen receptor sensitivity, another reason why we included it in N2SLIN, androgen receptors attract testosterone which binds to them, increasing muscle size and mass, while increasing strength.
The arms and shoulders have a lot of androgen receptors, hence the reason why arms and shoulders can be lean when the stomach is fat, as the abdominal region contains lots of estrogen receptors, N2SLIN activates the androgen receptors, leading to a leaner more muscular look, and blocks fat from being stored.

    Acetyl-L-carnitine

All those listed studies shows its numerous health benefits, its ability to repair neurons. But this is what we need it in N2SLIN for.

    Eksp Klin Farmakol (RUSSIA) Jul-Aug 1992, 55 (4) p35-6

The study was undertaken to examine the effects of l-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine in rats and mice with experimental alloxan diabetes. The findings suggest that acetyl-l-carnitine is more effective against diabetes in increasing glucose tolerance, restoring the impaired response of glucagon to glucose, showing glycogen-sparing action than is l-carnitine.

Glucagon secretion increases when blood sugar levels are diminished, countering insulin's effects upon glucose and fat metabolism. One might expect that glucagon would have a negative paracrine action on ß-cells, but that is NOT the case. Glucagon does affect these insulin-secreting cells, but that effect is positive! That is, glucagon released between meals primes ß-cells so that they release INCREASED amounts of insulin WHEN GLUCOSE LEVELS RISE. Glucagon's action is coupled to production of a "second messenger" known as cyclic AMP or cAMP. Increased levels of cAMP are an important stimulating factor in insulin secretion. This seems to be the basic mechanism for a new class of drugs now coming in use for regulation of insulin secretion in diabetes type.

    New Secretion of Insulinand Glucagon).

So far we get a better insulin response, and a better glucagon secretion, leading to increased glycogen storage, and less fat storage, insulin is so anabolic because insulin acts on cells thoughout the body to stimulate uptake, utilization and storage of glucose. The effects of insulin on glucose metabolism vary depending on the target tissue.

    Physiologic Effects of Insulin

So we want insulin, we need cAMP activation to improve insulin response, we need glucagon response in between meals to ensure healthy insulin secretion when eating.

And thats where the long lasting Alpha Liopic Acid, or in N2SLIN's case the most powerful version NaR-ALA, comes in,
Many natural nutrients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, are engineered by nature to help your body's natural mechanisms control and maintain healthy blood sugar levels, to promote insulin secretion, stimulate glucose transport into cells, and to improve insulin sensitivity. They contain insulin potentiators--compounds known to increase the potency of insulin, binding insulin to cell membrane receptor sites. Antioxidants are important blood sugar regulators because high blood sugar causes oxidative stress, plus because it has a long halfe, NaR-ALA allows healthy blood sugar levels, and in between meals blood sugar levels drop, NaR-ALA is working all the time to keep them low, allowing Glucagon to stimulate beta cells, leading to a greater insulin response next time you eat.

Naturally Maintain Normal Blood Sugar Levels

Alpha Lipoic Acid & Diabetic Neuropathy

The last study shows its outstanding effect at lowering blood sugar in healthy individuals.

Next lets look at our orther insulin potentiator, Banaba leaf,
Banaba leaf extract supplement benefit and side effect : by Ray Sahelian, M.D. for blood sugar control and diabetes

The blood sugar regulating properties of banaba have been demonstrated in cell culture, animal and human studies. In isolated cells, the active ingredient in banaba extract, corosolic acid, is known to stimulate glucose uptake. In diabetic mice, rats and rabbits, banaba feeding reduces elevated blood sugar and insulin levels to normal. In humans with type II diabetes, banaba extract, at a dose of 16-48mg per day for 4-8 weeks, has been shown to be effective in reducing blood sugar levels (5%-30% reduction) and maintaining tighter control of blood sugar fluctuations. An interesting ***8220;side-effect***8221; of tighter control of blood sugar and insulin levels is a significant tendency of banaba to promote weight loss (an average of 2-4 lbs. per month) ***8211; without significant dietary alterations. It is likely that modulation of glucose and insulin levels reduces total caloric intake somewhat and encourages moderate weight loss.

    Value:

As a dietary supplement to help reduce elevated levels of sugar and insulin in the blood, banaba extract has been shown to be safe and effective. As a weight loss aid, a handful of small (unpublished) studies in humans have suggested that tighter control of blood glucose and insulin can help promote moderate weight loss.

The corosolic acid thus obtained has testosterone 5***945;-reductase inhibiting action, hair-papilla cell growth promoting action, fibroblast growth factor-7 (FGF-7) production promoting action, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production promoting action, or bone morphogenetic Protein-2 (BMP-2) production promoting action, and hence can be used as a hair growth tonic, testosterone 5***945;-reductase inhibitor, hair papilla cell growth promoter, fibroblast growth factor-7 production promoter, vascular endothelial growth factor production promoter, or bone morphogenetic Protein-2 production promoter that exploit such actions. The plant extract obtained by extraction, containing corosolic acid, can be used as-is as the effective ingredient of the hair growth tonic, testosterone 5***945;-reductase inhibitor, hair papilla cell growth promoter, fibroblast growth factor-7 production promoter, vascular endothelial growth factor production promoter, or bone morphogenetic Protein-2 production promoter, but the plant extract is preferably used purified to a higher corosolic acid content. Using a plant extract with increased corosolic acid content allows obtaining a hair growth tonic, testosterone 5***945;-reductase inhibitor, hair papilla cell growth promoter, fibroblast growth factor-7 production promoter, vascular endothelial growth factor production promoter, or bone morphogenetic Protein-2 production promoter that elicit yet more superior usage results. The plant extract containing corosolic acid can comprise an extract solution obtained using a plant containing corosolic acid, a diluted solution or concentrated solution of such extract solution, a dry product obtained by drying such extract solution, or a roughly purified or purified product of the foregoing

So even though it stimulates androgen receptors in the muscle it doesnt in the scalp, skin, or prostrate, making it ideal for women to use too.

Then we have the cAMP activators.

Synephrine HCI and Coleus are proven to stimulate the production of cyclic AMP (cAMP) from ATP. cAMP generation has a variety of effects on tissues, but the most notable is the stimulation of the thyroid to produce thyroxin, which promotes fat metabolization. The increased cAMP levels activate the Protein kinase enzyme, which in turn activates hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) in target tissues. cAMP also signals for the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), which has been shown to elevate testosterone levels in males. Elevated levels of cAMP and LH stimulate a marked increase in the use of fat as body fuel, and are strongly correlated to increased testosterone production,

Synephrine activates beta-3 adrenoreceptors and, therefore, displays a lipolytic and thermogenetic capacity as it boosts norepinephrine levels. By consuming synephrine prior to workouts, you enhance fat breakdown with its subsequent utilization for energy. Furthermore, synephrine has a significant muscle-sparing effect while expending energy at the expense of body fat, ideal if your trying to force feed muscles Protein, and carbs, it in effect will be fueling your muscles with fat deposits to grow bigger and leaner, in combination with the other ingredients

    Forskolin is a vasodilator.
To date, there have been more than two clinical studies examining the effectiveness of forskolin as a weight loss aid. Only one has been subject to peer-review and published in a medical journal. This clinical study also observed forskolin's role in significantly increasing lean mass, bone mass, and testosterone in the subjects involved. This research shows why we need it not only for its ability to activate cAMP, and that its a potent vasolidator, but it seems to block cortisol, and can boost natural hormone levels including thyroxin, wich is important for fat loss, and testosterone through stimulation of Leutinizing hormone.

    What exactly is cAMP?

cAMP and its associated kinases function in several biochemical processes, including the regulation of glycogen, sugar, and lipid metabolism.

In humans, cyclic AMP works by activating Protein kinase A (PKA, cAMP-dependent Protein kinase). PKA is normally inactive as a tetrameric holoenzyme, consisting of two catalytic and two regulatory units (C2R2), with the regulatory units blocking the catalytic centers of the catalytic units. Cyclic AMP binds to specific locations on the regulatory units of the Protein kinase, and causes dissociation between the regulatory and catalytic subunits, thus activating the catalytic units and enabling them to phosphorylate substrate proteins.

The active subunits catalyze the transfer of phosphate from ATP to specific serine or threonine residues of Protein substrates. The phosphorylated proteins may act directly on the cell's ion channels, or may become activated or inhibited enzymes. Protein kinase A can also phosphorylate specific proteins that bind to promoter regions of DNA, causing increased expression of specific genes. Not all Protein kinases respond to cAMP. Several classes of Protein kinases, including Protein kinase C, are not cAMP-dependent

Now why was ephedrine such a potent fat burner?
beta-receptors increase lipolysis, and ephedrine stimulated beta receptors, exactly the same way as synephrine does, so couple that with its ability to stimulate cAMP wich causes Lipolysis wich is the process of breaking down triglycerides into glycerol and fatty acids, and you have an awesome combo

You have in N2SLIN, Powerful insulin mimickers, but unlike real insulin the ingredients we use promote fat loss, and healthy blood glucose levels, thus stimulating glucagon to be released in between meals, thus supporting a healthier insulin response for type 2 diabetics as well as healthy fitness enthusiasts.

N2SLIN also as our studies show, stimulates androgen receptors, helping promote a leaner physique, it boosts natural testosterone production, leading to better strength gains and more muscle, and even better, less fat!
It stimulates the thyroid to release thyroxin, an important addition to help with fat loss, and improved lbm.

N2SLIN also increases cAMP activity, the bodies ability to breakdown fats for energy, and use them to build muscle, and increase glycogen storage. It also helps block cortisol, and provides an anabolic enviroment.

BEST OF ALL, the powerfull array of ingredients in N2SLIN shuttles the carbs you eat straight into the muscles, those carbs pull in water and proteins, and the fuel that the increased cAMP activation provides, all at the same time as stopping your body storing those carbs as fat, so think about it, bigger muscles, less fat.

N2SLIN is the strongest nutrient repartioner available!!

18mg of COROSOLIC acid (banaba)or Lagerstroemia Speciosa, as its called in P-slin,and Anabolic pump and 450mg of Gymnemic acids, add that to 200mg of NaR-ALA and you have the strongest insulin blend on the market, add the cAMP activators, and the energy regulating effects of,
    250mg Acetyl L-carnatine
90mg Coleus forskholi, 20 percent forskolin.
    30mg synephrine HCI,
and you have the most anabolic, fat burning blend available.

A complete all in one supplement,

    Hormonal support
    Fat burning
    Fat blocking
    Muscle building
    Metabolism boosting
    Energy releasing
Androgen receptor stimulation, but only in the muscle.
Increased IGF-1 levels in the muscle, through enhanced nitrogen retention.

We even added a whopping 200mg of l-norvaline, 100mg more than competitors, L-Norvaline is an analog of the branched chain amino acid Valine, and it helps prevent the breakdown of arginine, by the enzyme arginase, so increasing nitric oxide, so increasing pumps, and vascularity, and most of all helping nitrogen retention, wich helps Sustain the anabolic enviroment.

Maybe try 4 caps a day, 1 first thing am, 1 midday, 1 afternoon, and one on an empty stomach pre bed, and take all 30 mins before food an an empty stomach.

It hasnt effected sleep in any of the other 7 or 8 logs ive seen, but 4 caps a day spaced like i mentioned above seems to be giving the best results to users, with minimal bloat and maximal fat loss and lbm gains.

Another good workout yesterday. I mean its only day 2-3 so I dont want to get ahead of myself but I really do look and feel bigger.

Only thing to note, I think I read somewhere the first couple days you might have sore joints. I woke up with that this morning. Just kind of an aching.

I also noticed It feel like I have more energy the last couple days even without getting enough sleep.

Yeah the aching is from a number of reasons, the main one being an increase in glycogen and water retention in muscles and joints, wich can make these areas stiffer, but it passes quite quickly.

I love waking up looking full, and pumped, its great that it supports testosterone and thyroid function too, your primed to grow while on this.

If the dosing you are using is working then you can keep going with it. Nothing wrong with switching it up ether to the way star is talking about.

So far the 3 doses a day method am/mid day before work outs/and the last one taken before bed has been working the best for all users. 1-2 caps each time. I think you would do fine with just 1 cap each time and this will make the product last longer too.

Of course everyone has the way they like it and the way they would like to see others use it but thats the same with any product. I say if it ain't broke then don't fix it. Keep going and let the product do its job the way its been working for you..

Great work so far my friend and I know when this is over you will be a believer in ntbm products for life. Like all people who use our products.

Hope you had a great week end off my friend. We all need that little bit of time with the loved ones to relax and enjoy the finer parts of life.
