I drink cup of coffee then 30min later take jacked 3d and works great for me.

Thanx bros, back in 1999 I was taking these huge pills that my dad ordered for me, the container said amino 2200, I dont know were he got it but it worked great for me then, now it seems amino pills dont do anything.

amino acids are great to use, like shrek i also like to have some coffe every now and again pre workout gets me pretty vascular!

Yep, Nano Vapor is crap.

Jack3d is good I've heard. I love White Flood as a pre-workout supplement. Also been drinking BCAAs during workouts which I've never done before. I think it keeps my muscles fuller and stronger during the workout.
