Default why use protein or weight gainer shakes after train??
i got this question for a long time with no responce but i found this forum and i think im going to found the answer here guy

ok

i hear the the gym and other places that use your protein or weight gainer shakes after train just right after finish or between 15 min

why?

whats the diff using the shake 1 hr or 1:30 hr min after finish trainin and 15 after it??
