IMO, go to LGSCIENCES.com and pick up some speed v2 and some BCAA\EAA.

The best part of BCAAS is that you do not have to reduce you calories and it leans you out especially in the mid section---just read some of Polquins stuff.
I count my BCAAS against my protein intake.

Myself being an althete it def helps w\performance.

i used to buy my Ephedrine HCl, 25mg tabs from gas stations and Walgreens. Not sure if they have em there but worth a shot to check it out. very cheap
