I am a hard gainer, and I eat 5000 calories a day "clean" calories, no candy, no junk, no white bread. look at yams and brown rice. lots of potatoes, and tonnes of protein..chicken steak and fish, stay off the pork. Keep the fruits and veggies coming, to keep you "going". Thats about it. Oh and dairy, if your stomach can handle it. Dairy dairy dairy. I put down about 3 liters or homogenized milk a day. Friends call me garbage can, but hey I gotta.
