 Creatine Malate
Anyone here use di-creatine malete or tri-creatine malate?
-
yeh, i've used it. Not by itself, but in a mix. I really like the "Anabolic Phase"....it's like 7 types of creatine, supposedly they all have different absorbtion rates. I felt solid gains on this stuff but for the price, it's only a tub 2-3 times a year.
-
The di-malate costs a tad bit more than CEE and the tri-malate costs around 5 bucks for 100g. I'd be interested in trying it out if it tastes nothing like CEE. no one has been able to give me a decent answer yet
-
I wouldn't know what CEE tastes like...always caps. I'm sure the effectiveness of each is pretty much the same. I mean, once you're saturated in creatine, that's it, right? The threshold is only so high.
-
The only thing I don't like about CEE is the taste. I think one of the malates is the answer, but I would like to know if they taste completely different from CEE
-
if the absorption rate doesn't differ than cee what's the benefit?

Taste
The only reason I am looking for another creatine is the taste. I would like to add creatine to a shake. With CEE I can't do that because it tastes horrible.
-
buy cee pills or cap them yourself. powder form is a disaster.
-
Capping is a pain in the ass, especially if you have to take 2-3 g of CEE per day. That's a lot of capping. I was hoping to get a creatine I can throw into my shakes.

PureCEE
as far as taste, DCM and TCM tend to taste "tart", not like gasoline death. However they are not comparable to CEE, just somewhat better than CM.
-
i like tri-creatine malate.
It seems to work the best for me.

That's not going to work...my Di makes the entire shake taste bitter
-
yah drinking CEE is like taking a bad shot. I always chase it with a glass of crystal light. I don't know anything about the creatines you asked about, but I was taking Magnesium Creatine Chelate before and it WAS causing bloating.

EASTO,
I have taken a product SWOLE by syntrax for years. It is a great product and has the malate you are speaking of. IMO its a great product and can be made by trueprotein --CEE is alright nothing fancy and tastes like ass. I mean to me creatine is creatine , but give the malate a shot you will def like it.

Why the hell would you throw in di into your shake? make your shake taste good and throw the di into juice or something

Easto wants a creatine that doesn't alter the taste of a shake.
