Southern California is in a state of crisis this morning as wild fires continue to ravish East San Diego County. Many homes and businesses are being evacuated in a state of emergency, and as a result several members of the True Protein staff are unable to make it in for an unknown amount of time. At the present, it does not appear that True Protein will be required to evacuate the building, but the fires are continuing to spread farther north and may result in the facility being shut down for a short period of time.

We are making every attempt to complete as many orders as possible under these constraints, but there may be some slight delays depending on how soon this natural disaster is under control. We apologize for any delays, and we can assure you all orders will be shipped out as soon as possible, thanks for your patience and understanding and our support and prayers go out to those who have lost their homes or pets.

Also, I am very sad to report today that one of our very own has passed away. Troy Niven has been a dedicated and loyal True Protein supporter for quite some time, and has established many friendships with the staff here and his peers on the True Protein Forums, where he was one of the most active participants. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, and will definitely be missed. One of Troy's last contributions involved work on what has come to be known the GymWiki, a site dedicated to expanding the breadth of knowledge for bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts. Several of Troy's family members and friends have come together to help complete the project, and we would like everyone to benefit from the huge amount of time and effort put into this website, so please be sure to check it out when it has been completed! We will announce the address in future newsletters.
